We contracted Nadia to produce 6 Hub Stories, a series of videos capturing the stories of our members and the impact we have on them. We could not have engaged a better filmmaker. The production was superb – sound, editing, lighting, angles and locations were all very carefully and thoughtfully planned and executed by Nadia. On top of that, she is extremely well-organised and independent, which makes working with Nadia easy! Nadia’s ability to understand your vision and capture the essence of the good story through her brilliant directing, planning, research and editing is very impressive!
Ehon Chan | Awesome-maker, Previously at Hub Melbourne
Hub Stories is a monthly short documentary series to capture the impact stories that the members experienced, both on personal and/or professional level, at a collaborative coworking space called Hub Melbourne. Hub tagline is ‘Driving innovation through collaboration across diverse sectors, disciplines and generations.’ And Hub believes the secret sauce of innovation is the chance encounters between unlikely allies. This is why Hub keeps its membership diverse. Every month, I asked their diverse members what it means to be a Hubber and the result are these video stories. I’m also part of the Hub Australia community. So, their stories are my stories too.
In total, there are 9 episodes. The first 5 looked at individual stories and the last 4 are about the community within the Hub community. Check out Hub Stories 2.0 for the newer episodes.
